Sizing
How many hats do you need?
Not every guest makes a hat. We plan for about 6 in 10, so you only pay for hats that get worn.

Example: 150 guests × 60% = 90 hats. Signature includes 80, so add one batch of 10 hats at $55 each ($550). Total: $4,100 + $550 = $4,650.

How booking works
Pick your package online and sign. A 50% retainer books your date and locks your price.
The rest is billed automatically 30 days before your wedding.
Made to order and paid in full when ordered.
One trailer means one wedding per date. Your date is held once the retainer is paid.

Bridal show special
Book within one week of the show and we add a Mr and Mrs couple set, free: two premium hats and two champagne flutes engraved with your names and date. A $165 value.

Good to know
What can you brand on a cowboy hat?
Each hat gets up to 3 brands: initials or symbols. For your names, your date or a logo, we make one custom brand that holds it all, $250 or included in Homestead. Making a custom brand takes time, which is part of why we book the cowboy hat bar at least 60 days out.
How far do you travel?
Travel within 50 miles of Denver is included. 51 to 75 miles is $175, 76 to 100 miles is $250, and 101 to 150 miles is $375. Past 150 miles, we quote it with your proposal.
How do we know how many hats to get?
Plan for about 60% of your guest count. Each package lists how many hats it includes, and you can add more in batches of 10.
What do we pay to book?
A 50% retainer books your date and locks your price. The balance is billed automatically 30 days before your wedding.
What is due before the wedding?
We book the trucker hat bar at least 30 days out and the cowboy hat bar at least 60 days out. Your patch designs, final guest count and any venue insurance requests are due 30 days before your wedding, the same day your balance is billed. On the day, we arrive 2 to 3 hours early to set up.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium cowboy hats?
Standard hats are faux suede or straw. Premium hats are felt. The bride and groom get felt hats in every cowboy package.
How do the patches work?
Your patches are 100% custom. We design them with you before the wedding, you approve every one, and guests choose from your designs at the bar. Packages include 2 to 4 custom designs, and you can add more for $75 each, up to 4.
Which packages include gifts?
Trucker Signature includes the Mr and Mrs couple set. Trucker Grand includes the Night In set plus 5 bridesmaid and 5 groomsman boxes. For any other package, add boxes from wedding party gifts.
What do you need from our venue?
Send us your venue when you book and we will confirm space and power for the trailer before your date.
