Shipping policy

Production time

Every order is made by hand in our Denver shop. Most orders are ready in 2 to 3 weeks. Large favor orders and wedding party sets can take longer, and we'll give you a ready date when you order. Need it by a certain date? Put your wedding date in the order notes or email us before ordering.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout and you'll get tracking by email when your order ships.

Local pickup and delivery

Denver-area customers can pick up or have orders brought to their hat bar event at no charge. Email us to arrange it.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, email hello@m5branding.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
