Refund policy

Made to order

Every M5 item is engraved, laser cut or branded with your names, date or design. Because personalized pieces can't be resold, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we can't cancel an order once production has started.

Proof before we make it

For custom work we send a proof first. Please check spelling, names and dates carefully. Once you approve the proof, we make exactly what was approved.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, email hello@m5branding.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll remake it or refund that item, your choice.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and don't expire.

Hat bar bookings

Hat bar retainers, payments and cancellations are covered by the agreement you sign when you book.
