How booking works
Pick your package online, sign the agreement and pay a 50% retainer. That books your date and locks your price.
The rest is billed automatically 30 days before your wedding, with your final guest count and patch designs.
Made to order, paid in full when ordered and ready in about 2 weeks.

What does it take to book our date?
A signed agreement and a 50% retainer. Your date is held once both are in. The retainer is non-refundable because we turn away other weddings for your date. The balance is billed automatically 30 days before your wedding.
What is in the agreement?
Your package, date and venue, the payment schedule, and what is due 30 days out: final guest count, approved designs and any venue paperwork. It also covers setup space and power, rain cover for outdoor events, one free date change if you ask 60 or more days out, and cancellation terms.
What is due before the wedding?
Your final guest count, patch designs and any venue insurance requests are due 30 days before your wedding, the same day your balance is billed. We arrive 2 to 3 hours early to set up.
What do you need from our venue?
Send us your venue when you book and we will confirm space and power for the trailer before your date.
